To obtain an ACCIDENT report:
Contact Longview Police Department to request an accident report.
To obtain any OTHER POLICE REPORTS:
Contact the Records Division located at the Hall of Justice Building. Requests for police reports should be made in person. If the report is over 7 pages, there is a fee of 15 cents per page. Requests take a minimum of 5 days for processing. The Records Division is open 24 hours a day.
The following information is necessary to identify and locate requested reports:
- Report number (if available)
- Name of parties involved
- Location on incident
- Date of incident
