Under the guidance and direction of the Human Resources Director, the department provides a broad array of core services to all departments of the City and the general public. Areas of responsibility include; recruitment and selection including positions governed by civil service rules, compliance with employment laws, policy development and administration, classification and compensation, personnel records management, workplace health and safety, employee benefits, employee and labor relations, property and liability insurance, payroll, and employee training and development.
Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Monday through Thursday
